Returns & Exchanges
Oscar de la Renta accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that eveningwear and bridal gowns are subject to specific return windows and must be returned with the security tag intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all protective materials and authenticity cards are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid UPS return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup.
Processing and Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
